Thank you for shopping with Lervo. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how orders are processed and delivered.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).

  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays
  •  Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information

Shipping Area

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Estimated Delivery Time

United States Delivery: 📦 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High shipping volume

  • Incorrect address information

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these delivery timeframes.

Shipping Rates 

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear

  • Tracking availability depends on the carrier

  • Please allow sufficient time for tracking to update before contacting support

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Returns or Refunds due to address errors will NOT be accepted, 

  • Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order

Delayed Orders

Shipping delays can occur due to factors outside our control.

We do NOT issue refunds for delays once an order has been shipped. However, we will gladly assist you in tracking your package and communicating with the carrier when necessary.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier

  • Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled and are NOT eligible for refunds.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the case and determine eligibility for a replacement or refund.

Partial Shipments

Orders may arrive in separate packages depending on item availability or fulfillment logistics.

If this occurs:

  • You will receive multiple tracking numbers

  • Items may arrive on different days

Refused or Returned Packages

Packages refused or returned to sender without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
