Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).
- Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
Shipping Area
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Returns or Refunds due to address errors will NOT be accepted,

Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order
Delayed Orders
Shipping delays can occur due to factors outside our control.
We do NOT issue refunds for delays once an order has been shipped. However, we will gladly assist you in tracking your package and communicating with the carrier when necessary.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier

Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled and are NOT eligible for refunds.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:

Clear photos of the damaged item

Photos of the packaging
We will review the case and determine eligibility for a replacement or refund.
Partial Shipments
Orders may arrive in separate packages depending on item availability or fulfillment logistics.
If this occurs:

You will receive multiple tracking numbers

Items may arrive on different days
Refused or Returned Packages
Packages refused or returned to sender without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
